Recruiters Mentality
The Role of the BOP Presenter
• The BOP Presenter should be your most dynamic, most enthusiastic, strongest Leader in the center with a current track record of success.
• The BOP Presenter should study and master the BOP training or other company training materials to learn how to give a winning presentation.
• The BOP Presenter should not rotate - it should always be your best Leader.
• The BOP Presenter must have a “closer’s mentality” to help move the prospect to a recruit decision.
• If your best presenter feels that he/she can’t put forth his/her best effort on a given night, replace them with the next best presenter.
• This is not a place to practice. People work too hard to bring guests to the BOP. Let presenters practice at home with their families.
• Keep all negatives away from presenter before the BOP. The presenter must be excited.
After the Meeting
1. People really do want to be led and supported.
2. Take your new guest(s) to get a BOP decision kit, and always avoid the “Scenario of Disaster.”
3. After picking up the kit, take your guest(s) to your Leader to set up an appointment for a follow-up interview. If he/she resists, stay in control and take him/her to meet your Leader.
4. When setting the appointment, be supportive of the person making the appointment.
If your guest(s) needs to reschedule his/her appointment, tell him/her to call the person with whom he/she set the appointment and to do so as soon as possible.
5. It’s important that all of these steps (the first three Speed Filters) take place within 10 to 15 minutes.
6. Make sure all guests complete the BOP questionnaire before they leave and turn it in to the upline Leader.
7. Time is of the essence. The recruit will never be more excited than when they leave the meeting. The first 24 to 48 hours demand the full attention of both you and your Leader.
The BOP Decision Kit
You should prepare BOP decision kits for your guests in advance. These kits can be sold at cost (typically $10) and should include the current approved versions of our best recruiting materials.
