The Meeting after the Meeting
Once all the appointments have been set with the new guests, it’s time for the meeting after the meeting.
• This is your chance to have a weekly huddle with your Leaders.
• Recognize new team members and introduce them to the team.
• Build relationships among the entire team.
• Fight the war of focus - help the team stay focused.
• Discuss the current month’s goals and re-sell the vision.
• Identify potential Leaders and rising superstars.
• The main objective is to determine the goal for the current week, and share responsibility with team Leaders.
• Each team member leaves the meeting knowing his/her responsibility for the week.
Key Areas of Focus in the BOP
• Monitor the number of people - “ old” and “ new” - you have at BOPs. Use the BOP Possibility Projection sheet and the BOP Attendance Log.
• The average number of people per month at your BOPs = the average number of sales per month in your base shop.
• “Where performance is measured, performance improves.”
