The Builders Exchange Solves This Problem
Upon promotion to Regional Marketing Director (RMD), the new RMD promotee makes a one-time “exchange” of his or her best leg to the promoting RMD. The Builders Exchange is the choice of the promoting RMD.
The exchange allows the upline promoting RMD to maintain a strong RMD base, while the new RMD increases his or her contract. The new RMD is then in position to receive exchange legs from every new RMD he or she ever produces in the future.
As a senior associate prior to your new RMD promotion, you produce 2 sales/month personally with three (3) field associates who produce 2 sales/month each.
