  Builders Mindset
HGI leaders promoted to RMD will see immediate benefit from the commission increase, but the real key to the Builders Exchange is the unlimited width that can be generated through this incredible program. You work deep temporarily with your down-line to build permanent front-line width.
When you promoted “A” to RMD and took one of his or her senior associates as a Builders Exchange leg, then, when you promote “B” to RMD, you will be taking “C” and “D,” and so on. One direct leader can be transformed into unlimited width, which is one of the biggest keys to running a profitable business.
The Builders Exchange is one of the great uniqueness of HGI’s system, which allows you to build and run a big organization. It allows you to maintain a strong RMD base and at the same time continue to spin-out new frontline leaders and allow you to maximize the HGI compensation system while building wide and deep.
To get big, there are two things you must do:
1) The person leaving your RMD base leaves a void. You can identify RMD promotion candidates prior to their promotion so you can build a strong relationship with the RMD’s team to help him or her earn the promotion, but also to build a strong Builders Exchange leg in your base.
2) Go on a personal recruiting campaign to recruit new legs to replace your newly-promoted RMD in your base. You should never plan on living on just Builders Exchange legs. Remember, you must maintain the RMD Base master copy to be duplicated by all of your down-line leaders.
The Magic of the Spread for Builders Exchange
You must maintain a strong RMD Base to maximize your profitability. In HGI’s revolutionary compensation system, the largest percentage of the total commission package will always be paid at the top:
• Personal
• RMD Base
• RMD Super Base through 1st Gen.
As a leader, you must make sure there is always an upward pull/push of good, dynamic people.
