The HGI Exchange Principles
I. PERSONAL SALE EXCHANGE (I.C. Exchange)
You exchange the right to make your own personal sale for the right to make all personal sales to everyone you ever personally recruit based upon their personal needs.
II. FIELD TRAINING EXCHANGE
You submit yourself to complete the field training program with your leader one time for the right to field train all personal recruits you build in your base shop.
III. PROMOTION QUALIFICATION EXCHANGE
You qualify for all of your promotions up to RMD and above, and in exchange, all of your future RMDs will have to hit their promotions by completing the guidelines as well.
IV. BUILDERS LEG EXCHANGE
You must provide your up-line RMD a strong Builders leg of his/her choice upon your new promotion to RMD. In exchange, you earn the right to take a strong Builders leg exchange from each of the 1st generation RMDs you promote in the future.
The Builders Exchange The Key to Width and Profitability
One of the keys to the Hubert Humphrey leadership team's success has always been the Builders Exchange. This unique part of the system allows you to maintain a big RMD Base while continuing to promote new RMD leaders. It is the source of tremendous personal width and profitability of your business.
The Traditional Catch-22
One of the biggest challenges facing businesses in our country today is the ability for an individual to move upward in their company based on their efforts or performance. Most end up in a situation where their advancement is hin- dered because it would be a detriment to their manager or senior leader.
It’s a Catch-22: If the person moves up, it’s at the expense of the leader, and if they are held back it is at the expense of their own family and personal income.
