Builders Mindset
One Company...One Product...One System
When the history of HGI is written, our leaders will fall into one of three categories:
— Those who “maximized” the moment, by building great teams. — Those who “shared” the moment, by focusing only on sales. — Those who “missed” the moment, by letting it pass them by.
It is critical in this, “The Golden Era of HGI,” that you understand that:
— There is one company...Hegemon Group International. — There is one product...the opportunity.
— There is one system...the Leadership Format System.
Simple Rules For Becoming A Great Leader
1. You must commit to running a system whereby recruiting never stops.
2. Discipline and accountability lead to ascension and dominance.
3. Fight to win. The way to win is never lose.
4. Develop a millionaire’s mindset.
5. Be aggressive or all of your other capabilities are wasted.
6. Develop a plan to simplify and multiply. Recruit & motivate. Run a system whereby recruiting and motivation never stop.
7. Commit to excellence.
8. Establish a world-class recognition and reward system for your team.
9. Recruit people to an environment. Stop recruiting them to a business. Let the atmosphere of the office, BOP or Leadership Format School recruit them.
10. Think strategically. Commit specifically. Focus constantly.
11. Success will always revolve around these three steps: Focus. Motivation. Execution.
12. Never lose sight of your No. 1 responsibility: to build leaders.
Churchill, at a pivotal time during World War II, gave two direct orders:
Direct order No. 1 “Organize and succeed at all costs.” Direct order No. 2 “There will be no further orders.”
HGI, at a pivotal time as we enter this phase of our company growth, has two direct orders:
Direct order No. 1 “Build Leaders and Teams will come.” Direct order No. 2 “There will be no further orders.”
