It is critical to your long-range success that you and your spouse or significant other develop a strong Business Partner relationship.
Business Partners serve as the backbone of your business, your constant source of motivation, inspiration and support. You will never be as big as you want to be without a strong Business Partner.
Unlike most businesses, Hegemon Group International recognizes the spouse as a vital part of the company. As a new Hegemon Group International Business Partner, you are part of the company, and you are invited and encouraged to attend every company function.
Although there are many ways you can help and support your spouse, we believe that “attitude is everything.”
Being positive during tough times and believing in your spouse is very important. Here are a few other things to keep in mind that can make all the difference:

• Be informed about the company and its philosophy. Depend on your upline Business Partner to supply you with company news and information via meetings, newsletters, etc.
• Be proud of what your partner is doing; have faith and trust in your partner’s abilities.
• Listen when your partner shares the business with you.
• Give your partner the freedom to succeed.
• Help set goals and be willing to work for them.
• Know that your support makes a difference.
• Attend all Leadership Format Schools, Business Opportunity Presentations and Conventions — you will learn a lot and be able to help your spouse a great deal in the process.
• Get involved with your Business Partner — and stay involved.
