Builders Mindset
Field Builder Training and Accountability
Each RMD must meet with their Field Builders on a weekly basis to monitor the progress of all new recruits in the RMD Base. The following is the suggested outline to be used for the meeting agenda.
1. Review Eight Speed Filter Reports
– Review the Speed Filter progress of each new recruit.
– Discuss and schedule follow-up to make sure each new recruit completes their next step.
(New prospects should remain on the Eight Speed Filter Report no more than seven days.)
2. Review Field Building Match-Up Reports
– Make sure every new recruit is on the report.
– Check last week’s activity for each recruit.
– Check last week’s Field Building personal activity. – Check number of videos to be dropped this week.
3. Review Video Circulation Report
– Each recruit on Field Building Match-Up Report should have at least ten names on this report. – Review and discuss last week’s numbers.
4. Review Leadership Check List.
– Discuss and assign follow-up to make sure new recruit meets all requirements on the Check List.
5. Assign responsibilities for the next BOP, using the BOP Leadership Assignments Form. 6. Drill for Skill.
– Week No. 1 – Prospecting/Virtual Video Drop - “ The Play”
– Week No. 2 – The Presentation/The BOP
– Week No. 3 – The Start-Up/Getting Started Interview
– Week No. 4 – Making the Sale/Mastering the Art of Field Building – Week No. 5 – Forward - Start the Cycle Again
