Master the Art of Field Building Three HGI Absolutes
In order to participate in company contests, incentive trips, bonus pools, equity sharing credit pool or any company recognition programs and elite clubs, you must implement:
1. Every new associate must immediately sign up with HGI.
2. Every new associate must immediately be assigned a Field Builder and complete all field training requirements. 3. Every new associate must immediately have at least one new recruit.
The No. 1 responsibility of every leader in HGI – from Associate to CEO MD – is to be a Field Builder.

• The Field Builder is responsible for training the new recruit: – Prospecting and Virtual Video Drop System –“ The Play” – A Winning Presentation
– Get Started Interview
– Making the Sale
• Field Build the new associate with the goal of having 5-10 new recruits in the first few weeks. • Input a minimum of 3 qualified field training sales.
Manage activity for you and your Field Builders.
• Set, maintain and follow-up on standards of excellence.
– Field Build three to four nights per week and Saturdays - 10 presentations a week.
