When prospects start asking questions, here are the basic responses: "What difference does it make? When did you get so picky?" "What do you want it to be?"
Prospect: "Is it sales?"
You: "Do you want it to be?" Prospect: "No."
You: "Great, you're going to love this." Prospect: "Yes."
You: "Great, you're going to love this."
Basically, you give the same answer no matter what they say, and just play along with them. The key is to take charge, know what they're going to say, and overcome it.
