With the advent of technology and the Internet, getting current news and information to large masses of people has never been easier. But it still takes a leader to make sure their team is receiving and implementing this information on a timely basis.
Make sure your leaders are constantly receiving information through every possible method:

• HGI University
• Company e-mail
• Company conference calls
• Zoom
• Company mail-outs
• And all other communication vehicles
• You must also use all of these same tools for your team’s communication, as well as personal letters, phone calls, team newsletters, and team events.
Constant Personal Education
Leaders must make sure that their team has the confidence and skill to take its game to the next level. You must run a system whereby the abilities required to run the Leadership Format System and to market our products are taught constantly.
