Director of Motivation
Director of Motivation
There are three main areas of focus to build a large organization:
1. Recruit 2. Build
3. Motivate
Motivate doesn't mean you have to become a great motivator. All you have to become is a Director of Motivation – someone who directs their people to the places, people and events that will stretch their vision for them.
There are two things you must remember:
1. People will rise no higher than their level of vision.
2. People will only change after having a significant emotional experience.
Every meeting in HGI should be focused toward this end.
A vast amount of time, money and effort is spent making sure that the major company events create the perfect environment for vision-stretching and significant emotional experiences. Never underestimate the "magic of crowds." What if you missed just one meeting, but it was the one that could have made the difference in making or breaking your career?
You must commit to do whatever it takes to never miss a meeting, and make sure that every member of your team does the same.
You Build Your Business From Great Event To Great Event
You can always measure the success of a leader by who and how many follow them to great events. As soon as the company announces a big event, you must immediately begin promoting it to your entire team at all of your meetings. Lead by example by always being the first on your team to register for every event. Stay aligned with major HGI events by monitoring up-to-the-minute information at HGICrusade.com, and through special mailouts and company email communications.
