6. The base shop is where the action is.
• All activity begins and ends in the RMD base shop.
• Your RMD base shop should be the hub of your entire team.
• When the leader is in the hunt and highly involved everyday, he/she can help keep leaders moving forward in the business, and keep them up and positive.
7. A successful base shop demands a positive attitude.
• If the attitude and atmosphere of your base shop is explosive and exciting, your activity and activity of your leaders will be explosive and exciting.
• You must be excited, positive, and have the right attitude 100% of the time.
• You must make sure your people have the same attitude as well.
• If you maintain a positive attitude, you will be successful and happy in all areas of your life.
