The two main purposes of a strong RMD Base:
No. 1 – Provides tremendous financial rewards through powerful override spread
No. 2 – Runs an RMD Factory, the source of all future leadership and sets the example for your team
Running the RMD Factory
Two Main Focal Points:
• Continuous opening of outlets
• Continuous volume production through the outlets
Two levels of the RMD Factory:
1. “System whereby recruiting never stops.”
2. “System whereby promoting new RMDs never stops.”
The No. 1 challenge to great growth:
RMD promotion speed must equal recruiting speed.
RMD promotions show that your RMD Factory works.
The prospects are the raw material RMDs are the finished product. All great builders construct RMD hierarchies.
Promote the power of the RMD position. Lay out the profile from birth.
Leadership Role
The only way to build a lasting empire is by perpetually building strong RMDs, which requires strong leadership.
• You have the responsibility to master the Leadership Format System and teach your teammates the best way to maximize the HGI opportunity by running the Pure System.
• You must lead from the front by being a “Do-it-first” leader.
• You must always lead by example.
• You must become a Director of Motivation — travel, hold big events, recognize your leaders, start a team newsletter, etc.
• You must perpetually build big Base Shops.
• You must continually produce RMDs from your RMD Factory Base Shop.
