Time-Tested Absolutes:
— Aim at recruiting prospect up front 100% of the time.
— Immediately aim at recruiting a new recruit’s prospects up front 100% of the time.
— You must strive to become a Building Contractor (Leader/Builder) not just a Carpenter (Product Salesperson).
— Quit quitting and stop stopping – this will contribute to you beating 95% of your competitors (Keep the pipeline full).
— Duplicate/transfer leadership techniques to key people at all levels to perpetuate growth – always drive your leadership deeper and deeper.
— Get new recruits off to a fast start within the first 24 to 48 hours – just like a new baby their first 2-3 days of life are their most critical.
— Develop a recruiting rhythm
— Your leaders need to hold BOPs at least one night a week, preferably three.
— Teach yourself and your people to use the experience and resources of their upline leadership team. — Don’t re-invent the wheel. Remember, you are paid to imitate, not create.
— Recruiting large numbers in short periods creates momentum.
— Leaders with momentum on their side will WIN.
— Recruiting isn’t the key to our business, it is our business.
— Don’t be scared to recruit upward. Recruit your equal or better and your team will always improve. — All great leaders are great followers.
