— Approach every prospect about the opportunity first.
— Hold off on the client data/sale until you have their recruit decision. — Sell the Dream and the Crusade simultaneously.
— Infect enthusiasm and inject crusading fervor.
— Focus on recruiting and sales will come
— Aim at recruits/Hit sales.
— Sell to those you recruit/Sell to those you don’t recruit.
— Be Like a Quarterback:
• Every play is planned to be a touchdown bomb. (Recruit the prospect.)
• If defense is stacked against this, call an audible to check off.
• Hand off to running back to at least gain 3-4 yards (Get data/Make sale).
