7 Reasons Why You Must Build a Strong RMD Base Shop
1. It gives you leadership power with your people who will believe in and follow you because of your example.
• You must build and maintain the prototype for your RMDs to duplicate. They must physically be able to come to your center and see a perfectly running LFS model.
• You show your leadership prowess by competing on the Leaders Bulletins in all categories, including personal and base shop. (People don’t want to follow a team builder who “used to do it.”)
2. It is your main source of income and profitability until you build a big, strong, national Infinity Team.
• You should never count on RMD overrides until you consistently cash flow $10,000 each month from your base shop and personal production from Field Building.
• Your base shop is where your biggest spreads always come from.
3. You will not lose touch with your leaders.
• By staying in the trenches, you’re not just teaching the system, you’re living it.
• It keeps you fresh and new in the business – each new recruit re-energizes you again about the HGI opportunity.
