— Average Recruits/RMD Base Shop = 25 new associates/month. — Average BV/RMD Base Shop = 50-60,000 BV/Mo.
16. Promotions Drive Production
— Harness each new recruit to hit Senior Associate by producing 3 strong legs.
— Harness each Senior Associate to hit RMD by producing 3 consecutive big production months. — Harness each RMD to EFC by producing 6 direct RMDs.
— Harness each EFC to SEFC by producing 9 qualified direct RMDs.
— Harness each SEFC to CEO MD by producing 15 qualified direct RMDs.
17. Build Big Production Teams That Produce Big Income
— Build $25,000/Yr. Earners
— Build $50,000 Earners
— Build $100,000 (6-Figure Earners) — Build $250,000 Earners
— Build $500,000 Earners
