Hubert has always said that if he developed amnesia, he would want to remember two things in order to build a great team:
1. Get more and more personal direct legs.
• Speed Width
• Go wide fast.
• Personally recruit 3-6 new direct legs every 90-day Madman Cycle
• 60 Wide in 6 Months
• Width = Profitability
• To become independently wealthy, develop 7-10 powerful direct Super Team Builders.
2. Get more and more people (old and new) to BOPs.
• See more people faster.
• 3 main purposes of a BOP:
— Resell the dream to existing teammates.
— Teach existing teammates to sell the dream. — Sell the dream to new guests.
• Expose them to the power of MoZone.
• The "Hold a Meeting" system
• HGI Proven Success Formula:
Average No. of people at BOP = Average number of Base Shop Sales per Month
• The leaders with the most people in high-powered BOPs ultimately make the most money.
