7 Steps
1. Recognize and praise, then motivate. Tell other teammates’ success stories.
2. Ask 20 percent.
3. Personal: family, job, etc...
4. Business: HGI recruits and CEO MD Club
5. Listen 80 percent.
6. Give instructions and guidance, then challenge.
7. Learn to sell Big Dreams for their future.
Base Shop Strategies
Always maintain a big Base Shop:
• Demonstrate and build multiple Base Shops throughout major locations around the country.
• Produce at least one strong, direct new RMD each month from this Base Shop.
