A Plan to Focus:
Can You Really Focus?
Can you focus 100% to change your life?
The whole focus is 10. After this, everything else is easy. It’s a barrier breaker. If someone can focus on getting 10 recruits, then his/her life will change.
The next 30 days are the most important. With 10 new recruits, you’ll have at least one excited person and a miracle will happen.
• All leaders must be sold on the promotion principle. You push and help get your leader to CEO MD and you, in turn, will have his/her help and the help of your team when you make your drive. The Plan to Focus and the Wealth Builder Pathway to CEO MD should be taught to every new associate from day one.
• Constantly focus your leaders on the recruiting goal for the month and stay on pace month-by-month.
• By month two or three, team Field Builders begin to emerge. You will need a minimum of 30 Field Builders
on your team starting with month nine to begin your run.
A Plan to Run – The “Final Battle” Begins Anyone making a run for promotion to CEO MD must meet these guidelines:
• Declare his/her intention in writing to upline.
• Have a current rolling 12-month cash flow of at least $100,000.
• Be in good standing with the company - and “The Run” will be monitored closely by the company for quality and quantity of quality.
