What Every HGI Associate Should Know About Compliance
Suitability ... then Sales! Recruit ... then Supervise!
In order to protect and better serve the interests of consumers, the insurance industry is one of the most carefully regulated in the United States.
The standards required for proper selling are spelled out in detail by various regulatory agencies and are easy to follow. Failure to strictly comply with the rules and regulations of the Insurance Departments of various states can result in fines, censure, etc. and may result in even more serious consequences, such as permanent disbarment from engaging in the sale of insurance. HGI and our great field leaders continue in our commitment to be the best first, then be first.
As an Associate of HGI, You Should Always Keep in Mind the Following: HGI Corporate Compliance Policy
We believe that compliance is as important as any other aspect of our business. We believe that dealing in a fair, open, honest and ethical manner will always benefit the client and the company. We believe that maintaining our integrity with our clients will always be our strongest marketing tool.
