Director of Motivation
You need an adequate multiline phone system with speaker phones or equivalent VOIP phone system to handle your anticipated volume of calls. An answering machine or answering service is necessary for handling calls after normal business hours. You also need a reliable, high-quality copy machine so that you can duplicate materials for your associates on a timely basis, as well as maintain good records.
• You also need a desktop or laptop, network computers and printers. The bigger offices will have additional computer(s) for their online sign-ups, computer-based training and much more.
• Top Leaders will also be equipped with multimedia desktop projectors for the ultimate visual display for meetings and training.
• A projector and screen or large flat screen monitor is also critical for BOP presentations, in addition to a stereo system for walk-in music.
• The training room(s) and/or library should also be equipped with a flat screen monitor with high-speed Internet access so laptop or tablet computers can access the HGI online video library.
Office Decor
Suitably framed company posters, brochures and announcements, in addition to awards, should line the walls of your office. A complete series of custom HGI posters is available from the HGI Success Store (HGISuccessStore.com), along with photos from all company events. Take note of the HGI Executive World Headquarters when you are in Atlanta for the VIP Day. Your office should be the foundation for your recruiting activity — so, just like yourself, it must look the part. Use furniture that will reflect the caliber of our business. Activity boards should be in place to track weekly and monthly progress and activity of all leaders in recruiting and production. A separate board should track new associates. Additional office decoration is encouraged to enhance the professional image and spirit of your center.
