As important as recruiting systems, product training and leadership are to running a successful HGI business, turnkey administration is equally as critical.
Following all the procedures outlined in this section will assure that you are running a business in total compliance with all company regulations, in addition to state and federal regulations that may apply.

Every dynamic HGI field leader should aspire to grow from a Satellite Center to a customized Super Center. The hub of all business activity, your HGI Office Center is the key for sharing the vision of HGI with the world.
HGI MoZone Centers: The Hub of All Business Activity Satellite Center
• Month-to-month lease at inexpensive executive office
• Use of common office equipment, phones and secretary
• Professional interview space by day
• Conference room for BOP system by night
• Provides professional business address for mail and/or shipping
Start-up Center (1 to 2 Regional Marketing Directors)
• Size: 1,500 to 3,000 sq. ft.
• No private offices — only multipurpose offices for interviews by day and training classes by night • Common work room for supplies, computers and files
• BOP room for 50 to 100 people
• Common secretary
Medium-Sized Multi-RMD Co-op/Cluster Center
• Size: 3,000 to 7,500 sq. ft.
• No private offices — only multipurpose offices for interviews by day and training classes by night • Common work room for supplies, computers and files
• BOP room for 100 to 250 people
• Additional training room for 50 to 100 people
• Administrative staff of two to three people
