Super MoZone Center
Director of Motivation
• Size: 7,500 to 20,000 sq. ft.
• Private offices for EFC-type leaders only
• Several multipurpose offices for hiring interviews by day and training classes by night • Common work room for supplies, computers and files
• BOP room for 250 to 500+ people
• Three or four large training rooms that will hold 50 to 100 people each
• Administrative staff of three to five people
• Arrangements with off-duty police officer on BOP nights to control traffic
Setting Up the Prototype Center
Location Is Everything
A major priority in setting up the prototype center is finding the right location. Remember, your location is critical to setting the standard for the professional image you must establish and maintain. For that reason, you must choose the right part of town — remember, we recruit to an environment.
Supplies
It’s also important to have the proper storage of the required supplies, which are available from the HGI Success Store. All supplies — sales and recruiting brochures and related materials, business cards, books and manuals, DVDs, etc. — must be ordered directly from the HGI Success Store. Inventory of these items is optional, but every center should be fully stocked with all necessary forms and materials for recruiting and sales.
Library
You should also maintain a library with binders containing all information and memos from mailouts that is accessible to everyone in your office. Remember, you are responsible for passing along critical information to your entire team.
Leaders should also provide an accessible library for use by all associates that includes samples of the following: • All HGI marketing, recruiting and training print materials
• All preferred company marketing and training print materials
• All HGI marketing, recruiting and training links
