Power Points:
• Tone is everything – Proper meeting set-up, music, banners, stage, seating, quality projector or large flat screen monitor as appropriate for the room, quality AV system, dress, etc. all add or detract from the MoZone.
• Appropriate music 30 minutes before start time and during breaks.
• Meetings are to start and finish on time - emcee should keep all speakers strictly on time.
• Events should be properly promoted with calls and flyers, and tickets should be pre-sold.
• A copy of the agenda should be given to each speaker in advance.
