Introduction The Turnkey Revolution
Everyone knows the impact that the Industrial Revolution, the Technological Revolution and the Information Explosion have had on our lives. At the heart of the Turnkey Revolution is a way of doing business that has the power to dramatically transform any company from a condition of chaos to a condition of order, excitement and continuous growth. It’s the key to the development of a successful business - the ultimately balanced model of a business
that works.
Now, as a direct by-product of the Turnkey Revolution, HGI’s turnkey Leadership Format System will allow you to put the magic of multiples to work for you.
“I’d rather have 1% of the efforts of 100 men than 100% of my own efforts.”

The Franchise Phenomenon
(Editors’ Note - Since HGI is not a franchise and does not sell franchises, all discussion of franchises is merely conceptual as it relates to HGI.)
It all started in 1952 when a 52-year-old salesman walked into a hamburger stand in California. He was looking to sell a milk shake machine. Instead, he witnessed a miracle. No one knew it yet, but the Turnkey Revolution had been launched.
Ray Kroc, the salesman, had never seen anything like the MacDonald brothers’ hamburger stand.
Hamburgers were being cranked out quickly, efficiently, inexpensively, and, most importantly, identically. High school students, under the strict supervision of the owners, responded to the long lines of customers like clockwork.
That was the best thing about the system - anyone could do it. Kroc saw the very first MacDonald’s (later, of course, McDonald’s) for what it really was - not a hamburger stand, but a money machine.
Twelve years and millions of burgers later, Kroc bought out the MacDonald brothers and went on to create the largest retail prepared food distribution system in the world. Today, McDonald’s serves 6% of the U.S. population every single day.
One of the most profitable retail businesses in the world, McDonald’s remains the model upon which an entire generation of entrepreneurs have since built their fortunes - the franchise phenomenon.
But the genius of McDonald’s isn’t franchising itself. The true genius of McDonald’s is the Business Format Franchise.
It is the Business Format Franchise that has revolutionized American business, and is the key to understanding the Turnkey Revolution. Even though HGI does not sell franchises, the franchise system is one key to understanding Turnkey Marketing and the future success of your career.
