 How to Start-Up the System
1. Surround Your New Leaders with People from Their Prospect List
• Identify and Qualify their Top 25-100 Prospect.
• Help them mentally picture having these people on their team.
2. Approach for BOP by Using “The Play”
• Learn to understand human nature.
• Become a master inviter.
• It’s always “no” unless you ask.
3. “Hold-a-Meeting” – Office, Prospect’s Home, Your Home, etc
• Show total HGI story and opportunity.
• Leave prospect with “something of value” to study and listen to.
• Set definite time for follow-up interview.
4. Follow-up Within 24 to 48 Hours (Speed Filters 1-4)
• Get them to come to you, if possible, and conduct the Get Started Interview from the LFS Manual.
5. Fast Start the New Recruit (Speed Filters 5-8)
• Start them back at the beginning – surround them with new people – Step 1, etc.
6. Duplication
• This takes you from building your business by addition only to building by multiplication.
